On Tuesday, October 2, 2012, I went to the Tijuana Flats located at 6204 W. Sample Road, Coral Springs, FL 33067. On Tuesday nights we usually like to go to the Tijuana Flats in Coconut Creek that I reviewed a couple months ago. This week we decided to try out this new location to switch things up a little. The Tijuana Flats in Coral Springs was open for about a week. It was colorful and had cool alien murals painted on the walls. The staff was very friendly. To get us started we had their tortilla chips and queso dip, $3.69. It was awesome! Of course I had the "Taco Tuesdaze" deal with two soft wheat beef tacos with everything but tomatoes and black olives and a Pibb Xtra to drink, $4.99. It was very good and kind of spicy. We got a bunch of hot sauces from their hot sauce bar. I really like to try different hot sauces and put my favorites on my tacos. For dessert, we tried their cookie dough flautas, which was fried chocolate chip cookie dough in a tortilla with powdered sugar and chocolate syrup to dip it in, $2.99. They were warm and delicious. We also tried their churros, $2.99. They were crunchy and sweet. I really like my usual Tijuana Flats restaurant, but I think I like this new one a little better. I give the Tijuana Flats in Coral Springs 4 1/2 sporks up!
Hi I'm Ellie. I'm 9 years old and in 4th grade. I love food so much that I decided to follow in my brother Wyatt's footsteps and become a food critic to share my honest opinion on food.
My brother Wyatt the former kid food critic
My brother Wyatt started this awesome blog back in 2012 when he was just 10 years old and in 4th grade. Over the next three years, he became the #1 kid food critic in the United States. In 2015, he was 13 years old and in 7th grade. He decided he was not the "kid" food critic anymore and it was time to retire.
My Spork Rating System
I use sporks to rate the food I eat. Five is the best, one is the worst.

This is my brother, Wyatt's, business card. Until I get my own, I still like to leave one on the table every time I visit a restaurant I review.
Wyatt taste tested some high end Halloween candy for the October 2013 digital issue of the luxury lifestyle magazine DuJour. It's a tough job but somebody's got to do it!
Wyatt's 1st radio interview was on the South Florida Eat & Critique Radio Show. Listen to the 9-14-13 broadcast, about 15 minutes in, on the first half.

The same story by The Daily Meal about the "10 Most Famous Kid Critics and Cooks" was picked up by FoxNews.com. Awesome!
