Salt Life Food Shack, Coral Springs.

On Friday, July 20, 2012, I ate at the Salt Life Food Shack located at 2660 N University Dr, Coral Springs, FL 33065. This was our first time. It looked like an industrial surf shop with a big, cool aquarium right in the middle. The service was nice and friendly. Our waitress was named Tawny. For an appetizer, we had the conch fritters, $8.99. They were very good and I know my conch fritters! For my dinner, I ordered the tropical yard bird, $7.49. It's a chicken sandwich with pineapple, cheese and a maple glaze. It was delicious, juicy, and sweet. I can't wait to eat there again. I give it 5 sporks up!
