On Thursday, March 29, 2012, I ate at the Coconut Creek Hurricane Grill & Wings located at 6370 US 441, Coconut Creek, Florida 33073. The restaurant was tropical and had several flat screen TVs. It was smaller than other Hurricane Grill & Wings I've been to. The service was OK, but they were slow with the drinks and got our bill wrong twice. The food was amazing. I had conch fritters with lime for an appetizer. It came on top of little tortilla chips in a funny looking container. The fritters were great and the sauce had a little spice to it. I ordered extra hot jumbo buffalo wings with french fries for my meal. They wings were VERY hot, but had a very good flavor. They did have lots of veins. My dad said to just ignore them, but I ate around them instead. The fries were normal, nothing special. I didn't eat all the wings and brought the rest home. The next day, they were not as spicy, but still good. I give it 3 1/2 sporks up.
These are the conch fritters. Pretty tasty looking!
My name is Wyatt. I'm twelve years old, in 6th grade and I like food. I like it so much, that I decided to be a food critic. With parental supervision, I started this awesome blog to give you my honest opinion on food.
My Spork Rating System
I use sporks to rate the food I eat. Five is the best, one is the worst.
