Easy as key lime pie recipe!
1 pound bag of key limes, zest of a few key limes, 1 8oz tub of Cool Whip, 1 14oz can of Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk, 1 graham cracker pie crust (you can make your own or buy one like me.)
Cut the key limes in half then juice them, zest a few key limes and mix it in, mix in the whole can of sweetened condensed milk, mix in the whole tub of Cool Whip, pour everything into the pie crust, put in the refrigerator. It takes a long time to thicken up, we usually make it the day before we want to eat it. My mom always draws a heart on top, but you don't have to.
